About the Founder

Paul Garza is passionate about finding financial solutions for clients.  In the past 10 years, he has served clients in Land Development, Home Building, BTR, and Commercial Real Estate.

Paul has over 30 years of corporate finance, accounting, real estate, and business management experience. Over the past 15 years, Paul’s focus has been on commercial, retail, and residential real estate. In his previous roles as VP of Accounting & Finance, Paul supported organizations in securing permanent financing totaling over $450M, and in obtaining $150M in financing a 4,000 single-family rental unit portfolio in Texas. Paul also assisted in and managed a real estate team to evaluate a $500M office building portfolio merger with a publicly traded REIT. Paul’s background also includes leadership in business consulting roles for financial services, construction, land development, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, residential real estate, and non-profit organizations in the areas of accounting, tax, and banking compliance.

Paul is passionate about all aspects of land development. He operates with the singular focus of deploying his experience and highly qualified team to find every opportunity available to enhance land value for legacy landowners.

 

Paul holds a BBA-Accounting from St. Edwards University, Austin, Texas, and an MBA from the University of Texas – San Antonio.
