• Huntsville, Texas:  Acquisition & Development project of 33-acres.  Creating a 140-unit Residential Community debuting our – It’s Second Nature: “Creating Residential Communities That Come Together to Sustain the Natural Habitats of Butterflies” (substantial completion reached 10/19/2024, Closing of $6.5M, Council approved, (PID Bonds 10/31/2024). Pre-sold lots to K Hovnanian Homes & Castlerock Homes.
